Global superstore is a power BI Project on retail dataset representing a multinational retail company selling consumer goods, including office supplies, furniture and technology. The records include transactions across different product categories, regions and consumer segments, making it useful for sales and business analysis

The dataset contains information on 114,250 sales record. Top Countries by Profit: United States, Australia, India. Most Profitable Products: • Canon imageCLASS 2200 Advanced Copier. • GBC Ibimaster 500 Manual ProClick Binding System.
Least Performing Countries: Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia.
Least Profitable Cities in the USA: Concord, Atlanta, Waynesboro.
High Return Rate: 17K returns indicate potential quality or customer dissatisfaction issues.
• The Global Superstore has strong sales but faces profitability challenges in some regions and categories. • Addressing inefficiencies and optimizing operations can enhance overall performance and revenue growth.
• The top customers should be given incentives to encourage their patronage. • The least performing countries like Nigeria and some South Asian countries should be our next target for campaign and sensitization. • Free shipping to minimal shipping cost offer and discount could bring about more patronage.
