I updated the example READMEs for mpes (i.e. arpes + xps) and ellipsometry to refer to our gitlab north repo and to give only a small explanation of usage in this repo here.
Maybe we should also update the top-level README in the examples. I think it will be quite confusing for people reading this for the first time.
