* Added transformation paths for manipulator and sample entries in config + modified h5 data file * typo fix in config * removed path from config not in NXmpes and fixed sample transformations * Added NXtransformation to detector * add aperture motor positions and fix typo * change warning statement in reader * replace / with os.sep * corrections and additions in config file * add path to fit function to config.json * update test data for mpes * Fixes mpes tests * add offset field to test data * Updates mpes tests * added links in config from NXsample to NXmanipulator * Updates regression log file * remove units from linked fields Co-authored-by: Arora0 <abeer.arora.13@gmail.com>
