Overview

Fix #1035

Adds lifecycle badge to most exported functions

  • All qualified functions receive "stable" by default
  • Used judgment to designate "stable" or "experimental" to all other functions
    • Generally, if a function is not yet qualified but has been used consistently over the past ~year, it is considered stable, otherwise the function is considered experimental.
