HHS-CDO DGB Agenda Template

Tools and templates for crowdsourcing agendas for community meetings for the HHS Data Governance Board.

About the Project

This project serves as a tool for crowdsourcing agendas for community meetings using basic features of a github repository such as markdown files and issue templates.

Suggesting an Agenda Topic

Agenda topics can be suggested by filing a new issue on our repository here: https://github.com/HHS/hhs-cdo/issues/new?template=agenda_request.md

If the agenda topic is sensitive in nature, you can alternatively email the DGB directly.

Publishing an Agenda

  • Copy the hhs-ocdo-dgb-template.md.
  • Copy and paste the topics from the open issues into the Agenda.
  • Close the issues that are added to the agenda.
  • Save a copy of the agenda template with the filename+date hhs-ocdo-dgb-YYYYMMDD.md.
  • Commit and publish to the repository.

Feedback

If you have ideas for how we can improve or add to our capacity building efforts and methods, please let us know by filing an issue on our GitHub repository.
