This PR has been reverted in PR #1775 and we are trying to land it again now.

Please, test the cases described in the issues that this change supposedly fixes.

This PR it's blocked on the issue #1764 so it should not be merged until we have a fix.

[VisionGlass] New intent-filter for the USB_DEVICE_ATTACHED

This change adds also a meta-data section for the USB_DEVICE_ATTACHED action
to identify the Vision Glass device, so that it can be selected by the user
as the default application to handle such USB device.

[VisionGlass] Avoid asking for USB permission when connecting the device

If Wolvic is defined as the default application for a USB, it's possible
to avoid requesting for USB permissions every time the device is connected.

In order to do this we need to intercept the USB_DEVICE_ATTACHED intent
action and check if Wolvic already has permissions to access the USB device.
