コンテナの起動時間を短縮

VSCode/GitHub Codespaces で開発する際に、4 分かかっていた起動時間を 1 分に短縮しました。

  • イメージサイズの軽量化
    • ベースのイメージを Debian から Alpine に変更（941MB → 856 MB, 内 Go が 500 MB 使用）
  • ビルド時間の短縮
