This automatically adds the path to the top level pyfe directory to $PYTHONPATH if needed.

cmake ...
make install

python3 install/bin/pyfe/scr_list_down_nodes.py

This is a bit hacky, but it works. It would need to be added to each script a user might invoke directly.
