--mean <NUMBER> Average time per character (in ms) [default: 100]
--std-dev <NUMBER> Standard deviation of time per character (in ms) [default: 100]
-h, --help Print help

You can create a configuration file in the following locations (or their equivalent paths on Windows):
$PWD/thus-saith.toml$HOME/.thus-saith.toml$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/thus-saith/config.toml
If none of these files exist, don't worry, the default configuration will be used. Refer to this file for more details.
