This PR adds two directly related features to QSIPrep: an option to ignore data in the anat/ directory and the option to handle infant/small-FoV inputs.

To Do:

  • Add --infant argument to cli and workflows
  • Add --dwi-only to cli and workflows
  • Change workflows to bypass anatomical data
  • Change FoV for dwi_sampling_grid to be smaller for infants
  • Make a more informative visual report for AC-PC alignment
