Install Exuberant Ctags via
sudo apt install exuberant-ctagsBuild tagbar help in VIM via :helptags ALL Use :TagbarOpen in VIM
:TagbarOpen will jump to it and :TagbarToggle will close it again.
:TagbarClose will simply close the window if it is open
