PR Summary

Removes the feature flag controlling Stripe V2 source in data imports, making it the default implementation for all teams. This represents a graduation of the Stripe V2 source from beta to general availability.

  • Simplifies import_data_sync.py by removing conditional branching and feature flag checks
  • V2 provides a more structured and maintainable data import pipeline with defined resource configurations and settings
  • Clean architectural separation between core functionality and test infrastructure in /temporal/data_imports/pipelines/stripe
  • Technical debt reduction planned with old Stripe code removal in follow-up PR
