This should fix cases where charmed creatures (and non combat pets) would start moving very slowly if the player got away from them.

The relevant code probably wanted to provide a catchup bonus, but it was instead slowing the creatures. Force creatures to use their own move speed for the time being, and think of a possible catchup mechanic later.
