Usage

Just run the script. The only thing the script will ask is a password you would like to set for the users ‘nagios’ and ‘nagiosadmin’. These are set up for administration of the local nagios install as well as the web interface. Depending on how up to date your installation is, this might take a considerable amount of time to run and complete.

To Do

Still need to actually finish the installation script
1 Finish adding packages (Cacti, Splunk, PNP4Nagios, etc) to the install script
2 Make sure all installations work and run without any issue
3 Look at snmpwalk line – I’m not sure I did this correctly
4 Look at Centreon installation since version has incremented a time or two
5 Look at NagiosQL installation and work out any kinks
6 Look at NConf installation
7 Translate NaReTo stuff to figure it out
8 Clean up files downloaded, script particulars, add in user options, etc…
9 Add an option to allow user to select which overlay and configuration utility?
10 I don’t know – suggestions???
11 Add in MySQL commands to add users, databases, etc
12 Look at NDOUtils install and use yum install isntead?
13 Installation of Observium, Munin, and/or Spiceworks?
14

Completed

1 Dependencies, etc, should all be correct and at the correct versionings
2 MRTG 2.17.4 installation and dependencies is proven to work
3 Added PostfixAdmin GUI to ease Postfix administration
