Make Sonnet 4 the default for Anthropic, Bedrock, OpenRouter, Requesty, Vertex. Also update and internationalize the mistake limit message.

Important

Update default model to claude-sonnet-4 for multiple providers and internationalize error message.

Behavior:
- Default model updated to claude-sonnet-4 for Anthropic, Bedrock, OpenRouter, Requesty, and Vertex in api.ts.
- Internationalized mistake_limit_guidance message in multiple locale files.
Tests:
- Updated tests in openrouter.test.ts, requesty.test.ts, and useSelectedModel.test.ts to reflect new default model claude-sonnet-4.
Misc:
- Removed references to claude-3.7-sonnet in favor of claude-sonnet-4 in api.ts and other relevant files.
