Makes the settings more consistent. Also, I don't think the warning icons are adding anything so I removed them.

Improves visual consistency of experimental settings by removing warning icons and adjusting layout, with translation updates to remove icon references.

  • Visual Consistency:
    • Removed warning icons from CodeIndexSettings.tsx and ExperimentalFeature.tsx.
    • Adjusted layout for better alignment and spacing in CodeIndexSettings.tsx.
  • Translation Updates:
    • Removed warning icon references from settings.json in multiple locales including ca, de, en, es, fr, hi, it, ja, ko, nl, pl, pt-BR, ru, tr, vi, zh-CN, and zh-TW.
