Improved the mapping of '#', '@', '[', ']' by properly detecting ALTGR instead of ALT.
Improved the mapping of '{', '}' by properly detecting ALTGR+SHIFT-[] instead of CTRL-[]
Updated '--help' message and src/sqlux.md to list the new 'IT' KBD option.
Tested on RaspiOS, RPI5 and Italian PC full keyboard.

I will need to fix whatever went wrong in mingw build before I merge this, that is not your fault though!

'@' '#' '[' ']' now correctly mapped to ALTGR+key (previously ALT+key)
'{' '}' now mapped to SHIFT+ALTGR+[] (previously CTRL+[])

IT keyboard option added to '--help' message.

IT keyboard option added to docs/sqlux.md.
