DuckDuckGo's search engine has a focus on privacy and safety, so I think it should be allowed. This PR updates the
data/botPolicies.jsonfile to include the User-Agent and IP ranges of the DuckDuckGo bot web scraper.You can see the complied list of IPs which are referenced on the DuckDuckGo website here.
