DuckDuckGo's search engine has a focus on privacy and safety, so I think it should be allowed. This PR updates the data/botPolicies.json file to include the User-Agent and IP ranges of the DuckDuckGo bot web scraper.
You can see the complied list of IPs which are referenced on the DuckDuckGo website here.

Checklist:

  • Added a description of the changes to the [Unreleased] section of docs/docs/CHANGELOG.md
  • Added test cases to the relevant parts of the codebase
  • Ran integration tests npm run test:integration (unsupported on Windows, please use WSL)
