Base contract implementation for campaign pool , everytime someone denote to a campaign, we want to be able mint certain amount governance token.

so after the campaign pool donation has closed, they can use their governance token to vote on which project to recieved the funds

Current denote function implementation

here is the link to the governance token contract

NOTE: Pull the pool_campaign branch, and all PR must be submitted to pool_campaign branch

Hello ser, I'm an experienced Cairo Programmer and I would love to solve this issue.
I understand what needs to be done. By Donating, you mint a Governance token which permits you to vote who gets the Donation.
