Fix #26
The app uses the legacy webhook apis.
The new webhooks api is connected to an app and as such you cant change the bot icon or the bot username
and #22
Missing bin dir in the code
Also added feature to auto include all app store regions.
Fixed bad parsing of app store app name and review links.
Added ability to fetch more pages form the iTunes rss feed incase there were more than 10 reviews in the check interval
