Collection querying in IdentityResourceV1 was missing a filtering functionality. The implementation was taken from IdentityResourceV3.

Collection querying in IdentityResourceV1 was missing a filtering functionality. The implementation was taken from IdentityResourceV3.
Since the IdentityResourceV3 takes a lot of system resources while querying large groups it may come in handy to have efficient alternative.
