If recent runtimes are installed (18.4, possibly 18.3.1), xcodes can no longer list (or install?) runtimes.

Resolves #421

This is currently breaking my workflow, would be great to have it fixed.

@herval It seems Apple went and added a new kind yesterday: Patchable Cryptex Disk Image
