This PR introduces a new default feature "std" and puts all thing strictly depending on std behind this feature flag, such as std::io::Write support and the Ramhorns type (which uses the file system). Also the dependencies are adjusted to prevent implicitly depending on std.

Also conditionally introduces the Nightly doc_auto_cfg compiler feature for documentation builds to visualize crate feature dependence in the documentation.
