Mahtools is a public group dedicated to writing open source tools for Riichi Mahjong as well as select other board games such as Koi Koi.
The primary goal of the group is to provide groups of Mahjong players tools to aid both general play and teaching the game to others.
We want players to have high quality games of Mahjong while also being able to spread the game to others.
Here is a quick tour of the projects Mahtools has to offer:
An app that tracks infomation about the game by emulating the look of an autotable/online client, where the middle of the table gives useful information.
This is all packaged in a single .html
file for portability and offline use - although an online version is hosted on Github pages for each access.
A scoresheet that tracks and totals the score of both players in a game of Koi Koi. Supports variable lengths games up to 12 months.
Produced all in a single .html
file for portability and offline use. This file is also hosted on Github pages for easy access.
