Status : Under Development

About the project:

Converting the Galaxy (http://galaxy.psu.edu/) Tool Config file to a WADL file, 
conforming to WADL specifications (http://www.w3.org/Submission/wadl/).
The specifications for Galaxy Tool config file can be found at http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Admin/Tools/Tool%20Config%20Syntax.
The project uses an external Parser Stax (http://stax.codehaus.org/) The Streaming API for XML (StAX) Library for parsing XML.

This would enable annotating tools in the Galaxy, Using our other project in development RadiantWeb Annotation Tool, 
information on which can be found at http://mango.ctegd.uga.edu/jkissingLab/SWS/
