Countdown - a simple program to count down the seconds. 
Options:
-v: Enable verbosity. Show the seconds as it counts down.
-t: Specify time. Count down to a time in 24-hour format, such as: 23:59:59
-D: Specify a Date, as well as a time. Format MM/DD/YYYY 23:59:59
-N: Provide argument in minutes, not seconds
-n: Provide argument in seconds. This is the default.
