make the DNS record recommendations consistent with autoconfig/autodiscover and make it easier to migrate to a different server if clients that implement autodiscovery as described in RFC6186 are used for issue mjl-#366
align SRV DNS check with previous changes to DNS record recommendations for issue mjl-#366
