Add support for up to 4k60 livestreams

Tested on 4k30, could not find 4k60 streams to test with

Add check for dl urls in android response before using it

Update readme; fix missing comma

Fix potential infinite loop if an atom length was cut short

Always print when download is finished

Also go back to printing if muxing or correcting audio container always

Set is_live and is_unavailable when status is UNPLAYABLE during download
