Add Debugg.AI official MCP to the README list.

Motivation and Context

This server provides users the ability to let their AI Agents run complex end to end validations against proposed code changes in their IDE's. This increases agent awareness of impact of changes & functionality

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes - tested in Cursor agent chat & mcp-inspector
