Added:
- Audio caching
- A column in the queue to display if the song is cached or not
- Art caching
- This also allows for the Media notification on Windows to display the album art, as it can be retrieved from a file
- "Clear Cache" menu option to delete all audio and art files

- BREAKING: Config directory has moved to the "DeMonic" AppData folder, so any config previously saved will be lost.
