Description

This change adds AWS IAM Role RoleLastUsed information to the IAM Role config.

Note: GetRole needs to be called on each role to get the LastUsedInformation; see more in boto/boto3#2297. This implementation calls GetRole for each role to pull the LastUsedInformation.
