Add build for CentOS Stream 10 images.
And run the CI also on cs10.

We don't need to support Python 2 anymore. So the usage of python-six
can be dropped.

On CentOS Stream 10 we need an explicit BuildRequires on make.

As genisoimage was replaced with xorriso in RHEL9 (and it was replaced
in the spec file), we should also replace it in the docker container.

Nose is EOL, so drop it from the requirements.
Next commits will drop the usage of nose for testing.

GlusterFS is EOL and not packaged anymore on CentOS 10.
