everything i need for any Linux systems i will daily in the future as well as MacOS tweaks that are only here because i used to run macOS and if anyone needs stuff from it
there is a very rudimentary install script for fedora now, but it is not interactive so pls read it first
extra note: macos_setup.sh is going to break your computer pretty majorly, i recommend commenting out or deleting the lines that contain launchctl.
