As discussed in F2F, this should target "KeyPairGeneration" as a whole instead of this algo specifically to allow agility around asymmetric algorithms in the future

Have added the definition for KeyPairGeneration. Note that this is kind of breaking change as DTT currently requires RSAKeyPairGeneration and ECCKeyPairGeneration definitions. Suggest to deprecate and remove those with the security update end of this year.
