The problems are difficulties to collect attendance marks in a big class as hundred students would attend that class and sometime phone ringing unintentionally during class. In this paper, we address these problems by building iAttend, a class attendance monitoring system based on Bluetooth Beacon. Based on our evaluation, iAttend is able to checking student attendance inside the class and force all phones inside the class into silent mode.
