Use GitAddonsManager.
- Download Bagshui.
- Extract the zip file.
- Rename the resulting
Bagshui-mainfolder toBagshui. - Move that folder to
[Path\To\WoW]\Interface\Addons. - Ensure the structure is
Interface\Addons\Bagshui\Bagshui.toc.
