This is vault, a plugin for the Keypirinha launcher.

Once the vault.keypirinha-package file is installed,
move it to the InstalledPackage folder located at:

%APPDATA%\Keypirinha\InstalledPackagesin Installed mode (the final path would look likeC:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Keypirinha\InstalledPackages)
