Default PyVista plotting uses the Frobenius norm to convert the six stress components to one value before plotting. Better to use von Mises stress to align with ROM scalar output pins and engineering intent.

Also modified example to plot nodal, rather than cell values to align with use of nodal-averaged stress values when creating ROM training snapshots with Ansys Mechanical.

Closing to add the stress function into the core PyTwin instead
