What does this PR do?

Adds frontend support for Kakao as a new OAuth2 provider.

Added kakao to the list of available OAuth providers.
Implemented Kakao label and icon in the UI.
Ensured provider information renders correctly in the Auth configuration panel.

Test Plan

Manually verified that Kakao appears in the list of providers.
Tested adding client ID/secret and verified it saves correctly.
Confirmed correct redirection behavior during the login flow.
Checked that the Kakao icon and label display correctly.
