Control Rig asset makes it easy to set up a character for inverse kinematic using the Animation Rigging package. The asset has one click set up and it's very easy to use for humanoid characters.

- put the "Ash Assets" Folder under "Assets" folder in your project.
- Your character rig should be set to humanoid in unity.
