Working NPM package
Fixes the broken NPM package - the lib folder with the transpiled JS modules is now included correctly.
Broken release
TL;DR: Ignore this one.
Initial attempt at fixing the NPM package didn't do didley squat. Thinking that yet another NPM release version could be avoided, some git history rewriting went on resulting in a working fix at this commit.
Turns out, npmjs.com won't let you reuse existing version tags though. So, we had to go up to v1.0.2 anyway and this was all for nought.
