Follow-up for #965. Having a single branch where
temp_offsetis not applied is confusing, this moves alltemp_offsettodevice_config.h. Also renamed it toemc_temp_offsetto clarify the scope.Also added logging for thermal module, to help troubleshooting. Similar logs should be added to other modules with hardware differences as well.
