Refactor UI components and Centralize package versioning: Replaced `Pane` with `Card` components across various views for consistency and UI improvements. Centralized Avalonia package versioning with a new property for easier management and upgraded multiple package versions. Additionally, cleaned up unused XAML namespaces and streamlined binding expressions.
