Functionality to download SBOMs from the file storage.

Additionally functionality:

  • the ability to recursively download SBOMs to support collection of SBOM 'trees'.
  • provide credentials to access SBOMs protected by auth mechanisms, including basic, OAuth, and bearer token

Closes with #113

the ability to recursively download SBOMs to support collection of SBOM 'trees'.

Implemented with initial Fetch command

Need to get a new issue created generally on how tree structures are handled.

provide credentials to access SBOMs protected by auth mechanisms, including basic, OAuth, and bearer token

Basic authentication has been implemented but a more refined solution is being talked about by way of another ADR - #104
