This data makes it take a long time to clone the repository. It's a pain.

Good move, but the build system still expects to find cudpp/apps/data and so fails.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for pointing out the error. I just comment out the dependencies on
cudpp/apps/data in CMakeLists.txt and I suppose that we need to turn
CUDPP_BUILD_APPLICATIOINS off if we don't want to test the library.
