This is a single page Javascript HTML web app that can be saved and ran locally and uses a manifest cache for offline access. Web App holds emergency contact lists for depertments and schools(RL data removed and replaced with Lorem Ipsum-esq data). User can click to trigger call or text and is intended to be used on mobile devices (district phones).
