* just go to http://localhost:8080/presenter and see the current and the next slide
* you can also control the presentation from the presenter view!
* add speaker notes with @note (not in the presentation, but on the presenter view)
* disabled "click to next", if you liked it, you can start with -click flag to re-enable it
