Proposed changes

./centrifugo configdoc

Opens a web browser with an actual configuration schema.

Also markdown output to terminal is supported:

./centrifugo configdoc --markdown

And top-level section filtering:

./centrifugo configdoc -s consumers

Thinking whether this may be re-used in main Centrifugo docs 🤔
