Proposed changes
This PR adds 5 new built-in async consumers to Centrifugo:
Consumers come with different properties, also added some green scenario tests where possible. Only Azure Service Bus is not covered since it requires remote cloud service – and no way to have isolated CI tests. Maybe in the future will integrate.
