This step is currently separate in the https://github.com/cilium/release process. Add it to this script so it doesn't need to be run manually by the release manager. Signed-off-by: Joe Stringer <joe@cilium.io>

@aanm do we need to backport this to older branches? I usually use these scripts directly from master for all releases. |
